Skyshift is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that the app will be available without interruption, and features may change or be removed at any time.

Weather, air-quality and UV information in Skyshift is informational only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions — including aviation, marine, medical, construction, emergency or severe-weather decisions. Always follow your official national weather service and local authorities.

Weather, forecast, air-quality and place data is supplied by third-party providers, currently Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud. The app owner does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of that data, and is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Skyshift has no user accounts, logins or profiles. Your saved cities and settings are stored only in your own browser’s local storage, as described in the privacy policy.

Use Skyshift for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, resell it, or misuse the third-party APIs it relies on.

The Skyshift name, design, interface and source code are owned by Muhammad Alam (Industry 4.0 Developers). Weather data remains the property of its respective providers. You may not copy, rebrand or redistribute the app or its design without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Skyshift.

These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
